Job summary

OANDA in Chicago is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive revenue by onboarding, retaining, and reactivating high-value clients (HVCs). The role combines phone and email outreach to grow a top-tier client book and expand product usage.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of financial sales experience in a regulated environment, a Bachelor's degree, and can obtain Series 3 & 34 licenses. Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Suite experience are a plus. Hybrid work in Chicago is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Series 3 and 34 licenses or eligibility.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Interest in Forex trading and markets.

Responsibilities

• Grow a book of High-Value Clients (HVCs) from prospective leads and convert existing clients to HVCs status.
• Identify and address client needs; engage clients with the full suite of OANDA products and educate on markets.
• Grow trading volume and assets under management for high-value clients.
• Proactively engage in outbound client communications and manage inbound on product, regulatory and account updates.
• Identify initiatives to meet or exceed KPIs and add value to the team.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth onboarding of new HVCs.
• Keep up to date with regulatory rules and training; ensure compliant sales and service practices.
