Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager III (F) within Corporate Banking Healthcare to manage a portfolio across Houston, Dallas or Clayton. Drive client strategies, expand relationships, and lead risk-aware credit and non-credit product delivery.

Excellent communication and strategic business development skills are essential. The role emphasizes building a wide internal/external network, leveraging PNC's full product suite and maintaining strong client engagement in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• Education, work experience and required certifications/licensures are specified.
• Industry experience and relevant licenses (SIE, Series 52/63, etc.) are expected within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs management of a client book to grow sales and revenue.
• Drives strategy to acquire, expand and retain client relationships and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational and credit risks.
• Jealously develops client engagement and loyalty using the full bank product suite.
• Builds senior internal/external networks to acquire or expand clients and opportunities.
• Analyzes and mitigates credit risk for complex requests using internal policies.
