Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• 1 year of training and/or combination of mentorship, military or management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process and assist with customer loan applications, including personal loans and home equity lines of credit.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Monitor and detect any suspicious activity and maintain privacy of customer data.
