• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Experience in a related position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leads, outbound calls, greetings, and identifying needs.
• Recommend cross-sell of bank products and services.
• Achieve individual weekly sales goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Manage lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Support daily sales activity and pre-shift sales huddles; monitor results.
• Perform branch operations: scheduling, workflow, vault cash, opening/closing.
• Handle routine teller transactions and related tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned; comply with risk management program.
