U.S. Bank is seeking a Sr Relationship Banker in Woodmere, OH to build strong client relationships across multiple channels, including in-person and virtual interactions.

You will assess banking needs, educate customers on products, and recommend tailored solutions with a digital-first mindset. The role requires excellent communication, a history of customer service excellence, and the ability to navigate bank policies while driving sales and account growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Strong ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends solutions based on goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Demonstrates and promotes digital products and self-service tools to meet customer needs.
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and exceptional service.
