Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to engage with clients and explain banking products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels (in person, by appointment, and virtually).
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
