U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will build and nurture client relationships across in-person and digital channels. The role requires explaining deposit and loan products, processing accounts, and recommending solutions aligned with client goals.

The position emphasizes a digital-first mindset, proactive outreach, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver exceptional service and growth. NMLS registration and compliance are integral parts of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
• Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
• Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively
• Requires NMLS registration and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

Responsabilités

• Builds and sustains client relationships through in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends suitable solutions
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients effectively
• Supports digital self-service products and technology adoption
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and credit processes
• Ensures compliance with NMLS and SAFE Act requirements
