Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• 1 year of training/mentorship or equivalent experience.
• If lending, must maintain active NMLS registration upon employment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with professional service to build relationships.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with transfers, check orders, and online banking support.
• Process loan applications and coordinate with loan officers for approvals.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Identify and report suspicious activity and ensure privacy compliance.
• Mentor newer staff and support branch operations.
