Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Personal Banker in Pennsylvania to grow the branch client base and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will conduct proactive sales conversations, educate customers on financial options, and partner with ecosystem stakeholders to expand share of wallet.

You will engage customers with a trusted, compliant approach, aiming to deepen loyalty while leveraging technology to simplify banking tasks and improve financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Notary Public eligibility required by state regulations.
• 4+ years of related banking experience or product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Lead sales conversations and drive revenue by presenting PNC solutions to clients.
• Educate customers on financial options and leverage technology to enhance the banking experience.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and maintain lobby engagement to build loyalty.
