Camden National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to achieve personal sales goals and manage customer-facing activities such as new accounts, maintenance, and service. You will build trusted relationships and demonstrate knowledge of our banking products and services.
The role may involve HELOC lending responsibilities and occasional teller duties, within policy and regulatory guidelines. A strong customer-service mindset and two to five years of relevant experience are preferred.

Primary responsibilities consist of achieving individual sales goals and for completing all customer facing activities. At any point other duties may be assigned.
The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $18.93-$28.10, which represents a good faith estimate of what we expect to offer at the time of posting based on the role’s responsibilities, level and location. Actual starting salary will be determined by the Bank in the Bank’s discretion, and shall depend on the applicant’s experience, skills, education, certifications, as well as other relevant business conditions. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
