Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst to help global insurers optimize complex reinsurance operations, modernize processes, and maximize the value of DXC's market-leading reinsurance solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders, product specialists, and technical teams to analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support configuration, testing, and go-live activities across treaty, facultative, and accounting workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years as a business analyst or functional lead in insurance/reinsurance.
Strong domain knowledge of reinsurance administration.
Experience with packaged or out-of-the-box enterprise applications.
Experience mentoring junior analysts.
Familiarity with Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

Support functional implementation of a reinsurance administration application.
Lead functional workshops and sessions with client stakeholders.
Define target processes and functional requirements with standard product adoption.
Collaborate with technical teams on integration and data conversion.
Oversee testing activities from design to sign-off.
