Job summary

DXC Technology in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst to lead functional work for a packaged reinsurance administration platform. You will partner with client stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications and ensure alignment with standard product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or functional lead in insurance or reinsurance systems.
• Strong domain knowledge of reinsurance administration processes (treaty, facultative, claims, accounting, reporting).
• Experience with packaged or out-of-the-box enterprise applications.
• Strong requirements management, fit-gap analysis, process design, functional specs, and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Support the functional implementation of a reinsurance administration application.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, project leadership, and the implementation team.
• Drive requirements elicitation, process analysis, and fit-gap assessments across core reinsurance functions.
• Define target business processes and functional requirements with focus on standard functionality.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead functional workshops and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders and SMEs.
• Partner with technical teams on integration, data conversion, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee functional testing activities and user acceptance testing; manage defects and sign-off.
