Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional/business work experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with data scrubbing, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying recurring tasks and prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities

• Review and update renewal exhibits based on client data and trends.
• Learn and navigate company systems for submissions, markets, and quotes.
• Track placement status and follow up with brokers for updates.
• Communicate with clients/markets during the placement process.
• Draft and secure broker sign-off on renewal requests and updates.
• Assist brokers by researching financial statements and program information.
• Interface with departments to provide data for modeling and issues.
• Manage contract documents and track execution.
