Incline P&C Group in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Settlements & Reinsurance Analyst to own the flow of funds between program partners, reinsurers, and legal entities. You will investigate discrepancies, ensure GL integrity, and drive process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting or insurance settlements, familiarity with Workday or similar ERP, and strong Excel skills. The position is hybrid in Austin with growth opportunities within the Insurance Operations team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, financial operations, or insurance/reinsurance settlements.
• Experience with P&C programs and fronting-carrier concepts preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly settlement-account reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Prepare and process reinsurance and program partner settlements.
• Communicate with general agents, brokers, reinsurers, and banking partners on settlement matters.
• Identify root causes of reconciliations and drive resolution.
