Job summary

INTX Insurance Software is seeking a Reinsurance Solution Architect to serve as the functional and domain expert across the full client lifecycle. You will design solutions, scope engagements, and translate complex reinsurance requirements into actionable specs for delivery teams.

You will manage multiple engagements, stay aligned with clients, and drive scalable, repeatable processes leveraging AI-enabled rules to optimize workflows across treaty, facultative, and ceded structures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on reinsurance experience (cedant/reinsurer/broker) required.
• Knowledge of treaty and facultative structures and cession workflows.
• Experience gathering client requirements and scoping implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable specs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, discovery, and scoping as the reinsurance domain expert.
• Map client reinsurance programs to INTX capabilities and define the solution.
• Own functional specs and tickets for delivery teams.
• Support delivery as the reinsurance authority across engagements.
• Serve as a single point of contact for client questions.
• Contribute to UAT and validation to ensure specs are met.
• Develop reusable scoping frameworks and playbooks.
• Act as SME for product, engineering, and delivery teams.
