Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst III for its Group Reinsurance Administration team in Massachusetts.

The role splits time between monthly captive reporting and driving process improvements for excess reinsurance, including automation and AI-enabled enhancements. You will prepare accruals, validate data against treaties, and collaborate with accounting, finance, actuarial, and reinsurers to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in insurance finance/actuarial or operations, with reinsurance exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and complex formulas.
• Solid understanding of coinsurance, YRT, and treaty structures.
• Ability to interpret treaties and obligations for cedents and reinsurers.
• Experience using automation or AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monthly captive reporting including accruals and submissions.
• Process improvement and automation of manual workflows.
• Collaborate with Reinsurance Accounting, Finance, Actuarial and external partners.
