Responsibilities

Prepare monthly stop-loss captive reporting (internal accruals and external submissions).
Produce submission reporting by treaty year after financial close.
Streamline manual Excess Reinsurance workflows and assist in redesigns.
Review and modernize 80+ pages of operational documentation for clarity and accuracy.
Utilize AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to brainstorm and implement automated workflows.
Support data migration from legacy Access databases to Dataiku.
