• Assist with full-cycle accounting for multiple skilled nursing facilities, including bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset depreciation.

We’re looking for a Senior Reimbursement and Audit Accountant to own full‑cycle accounting for multiple facilities, support Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting, and help our teams make smarter, data‑driven decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze data to complete Medicare and Medicaid cost reports; respond to auditors with supporting documentation and reconciliations
