Job summary

Mercy in Illinois is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to direct, coordinate, and supervise rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments. Under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Manager of the Department of Inpatient Rehab, the role ensures services meet hospital standards and comply with state, federal, and local regulations.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, active licensure as PT/OT/SLP, CPR certification, and preferred Master’s

• Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments.
• Ensures services comply with Medical Center standards and with state, federal and local regulations.
