Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a Rehabilitation Services Director to direct, coordinate and supervise the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments, under the Medical Director and the Department’s Manager.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, and a current license to practice in the state as an OT, SLP, or PT, with CPR certification. Preferred Education is a Master’s or Doctorate, and about three years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments.
• Oversees activities of personnel involved in providing rehabilitation services.
• Ensures services are delivered in accordance with Medical Center standards and regulatory requirements.
