Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Rehabilitation Program Director to plan, organize and manage the delivery of rehabilitation services within the CHHA.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, hold a current state license, and have 3+ years of rehab leadership and program development experience. Responsibilities include training staff, policy reviews, and quality assurance to ensure high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state license required.
• Minimum 3 years of rehabilitation experience with leadership/program development experience.
• Knowledge of state, federal and therapy practice act legislation/law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Interdisciplinary management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orientation and training of rehabilitation personnel.
• Review and update rehabilitation policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supervision of rehabilitation clinical and support staff.
• Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews and chart audits.
• Develop action plans for non-conforming areas and track progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Coordinate referral and discharge reviews and evaluate service delivery.
• Assist in marketing and program development activities for the facility.
