Vivo Healthcare seeks a licensed Florida therapist leader to oversee rehab services across the community. The role includes hiring, staff development, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a leader, you will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and administration to align clinical operations with CMS guidelines while maintaining clinical standards for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida professional license (PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP) with at least 2 years in leadership/management.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; Subacute experience preferred.

• Oversees program financial and clinical operations for program success.
• Ensures clinically appropriate care meets standards of practice for all residents.
• Supervises scheduling and staffing to meet treatment hours and community needs.
• Keeps documents and forms up to date per policies and regulations.
• Performs patient care duties such as evaluations and treatments to meet patient needs.
• Communicates with Interdisciplinary Team, Administrator, and facility staff to address patient and therapy needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assists with hiring, orienting, and training all rehab staff and ensures enough staff to meet the clinical needs of the community.


• Ensures each employee meets or exceeds all expectations set forth and periodic appraisals are completed in a timely manner.


• Ensures program financial and clinical operations are efficient and effective to allow for program success.


• Ensures rehab staff are providing clinically appropriate care for all residents and ensures treatment meets clinical standard of practice.


• Supervises scheduling and staffing which will include managing available treatment hours and anticipated community needs.


• Ensure all documents and forms are kept up to date in accordance with company policies, state, and federal regulations.


• Perform patient care duties, such as evaluations and treatments, to ensure all patient needs are met.


• Communication with Interdisciplinary Team, Administrator, and facility staff as appropriate to ensure patient and therapy needs are addressed.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida licensed PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP with at least 2 years in a leadership/management


• Must have at least 2 years clinical experience, Subacute experience preferred.


• Must have experience supervising a group of teams members


• Preferred experience and understanding of CMS guidelines/regulations, Patient Driven Payment Model and Medicare Advantage Plans.
