Job summary

The role includes supervising PT assistants, training facility staff, and maintaining compliant documentation. You will communicate progress to families and physicians and participate in care conferences and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and training for facility staff.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation in medical records.
