Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled rehabilitative services. • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and discharge recommendations.
