Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Rehab Liaison to build robust referral networks and manage a geographic territory. You will foster relationships with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and payer representatives to drive patient referrals and admissions.

Responsibilities include educating community stakeholders about hospital programs, streamlining referral processes, and using market insights to identify growth opportunities. A valid clinical license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop census based on strategic goals within an assigned territory.
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers and discharge planners.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians about hospital programs.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to groups about services and outcomes.
