Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee Rehabilitation Services across multiple facilities in California. The role requires leading clinical programs, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality patient care under the VP of Rehabilitation Services.

Candidates should have strong leadership experience, licensure in OT/PT/SLP, and at least five years of clinical practice, with multi-site experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have at least five (5) years of clinical experience.
• Must have at least two (3) years of leadership experience.
• Must be licensed in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for rehabilitation service operations within assigned region.
• Oversee and coordinate operational activities of Rehabilitation Services to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure timely responses to appeals/denial claims from the rehabilitation department.
• Mentor and train new Directors of Rehab to ensure consistency across the region.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee coverage of therapy services across facilities.
• Direct budget development, forecasting, and cost/productivity analysis for rehab services.
• Collaborate with facility departments and clinical staff to align with organizational strategy.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
