Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehab to oversee Rehabilitation Services across the region, directing day-to-day operations with the VP of Rehabilitation Services to deliver cost-effective, high-quality care. The role includes leading Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy and ensuring coverage and program integrity across facilities.

The position requires a licensed OT/PT/ST, a BS/BA in the respective field, and at least five years of clinical experience plus 2–3 years in

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience.
• Minimum two to three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation service operations within the region.
• Ensure service and operational excellence to meet patient and staff needs.
• Mentor and train new Directors of Rehab to ensure consistency of quality rehab services.
• Ensure adequate therapy coverage across all facilities in the region.
• Plan, organize and direct operational activities and implement system-wide initiatives.
• Develop and manage staffing plans and annual budgets for rehab services.
• Collaborate with facility departments and affiliates to integrate service delivery.
