Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Rehab Director to lead the facility's rehabilitation program.

You’ll oversee clinical services across PT/OT/SLP, manage staff, ensure standards, and coordinate therapy plans with facility leadership to support residents’ safety and quality of life. This leadership role emphasizes program development, budgeting, and cross-disciplinary training, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a not-for-profit

Qualifications

Clinical background as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
Three to five years’ experience in long-term care or senior living.
Minimum degree from accredited college or university (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP).
Licensed and registered in the state where assigned.

Responsibilities

Create rapport with facility staff and Legacy personnel to understand needs.
Oversee internal marketing to promote programs and relationships with residents.
Manage site productivity and adjust to meet budget.
Maintain a caseload to help the rehab department meet standards.
Direct and train others in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
Coordinate daily rehab activities with facility staff to plan therapy programs.
Contribute to clinical outcomes reporting and share results with the customer.
Schedule management to meet caseload requirements and use scheduling tools.
