Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Rehab Director to lead the rehabilitation department within a senior living facility. You will oversee clinical programs, coordinate therapy services, and manage staff to meet patient needs and regulatory standards.

The role requires a clinical background (PT/OT/SLP), 3–5 years in long-term care or senior living, and state licensure. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunity for leadership growth within a not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Clinical background as PT/OT/SLP.
• 3–5 years in LTC or senior living.
• Degree from accredited college or university.
• Licensed and registered in state of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehab department to meet standards and budget.
• Coordinate staff schedules to cover caseload.
• Develop and implement clinical programs based on patient needs.
• Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with facility staff and Legacy corporate teams.
• Lead training for staff on service delivery across disciplines.
