Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Rehab Director to lead the facility's rehabilitation program and promote Legacy policies and clinical initiatives for aging adults. You will build relationships with facility personnel and oversee program delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will manage the rehab department, coordinate therapy scheduling, develop clinically appropriate programs, and participate in outcomes reporting, all under a Monday–Friday schedule with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinical background as PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP.
• Three to five years’ experience in long-term care or senior living.
• Licensed and registered in state where assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehab department and maintain standards.
• Manage staff schedules to meet caseload requirements.
• Coordinate daily with facility staff to plan therapy programming.
• Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with the customer.
• Direct and train staff in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
