Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Rehab Director to lead our rehab department within a senior living facility. You will promote Legacy programs, build relationships with staff and residents, and guide therapy services to improve residents’ quality of life.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and collaboration with facility teams, with not-for-profit values and opportunities for clinical program expansion.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered in the state where assigned.
• Three to five years’ experience in long-term care or senior living.
• Degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehab department operations and budget adherence.
• Develop and implement therapy programs aligned with census needs.
• Direct and train rehab staff across disciplines.
• Coordinate daily rehab activities with facility staff.
• Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and communication.
• Manage staff schedules and physician signatures on plans.
