Wellington Management in Boston seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our Regulatory Technology team, serving as a liaison among Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

You will partner with Global Regulatory Reporting and Legal teams to design, implement, and support our regulatory technology applications, leveraging SQL and data tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years in business analysis with IT and business teams.
• Cross-functional expertise in investment management and regulatory reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and regulatory controls.
• Experience gathering and managing complex requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead requirements sessions and data analysis.
• Identify automation opportunities in regulatory workflows.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, mappings, and test plans.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to drive execution.
• Lead UAT and production validation activities.
• Use AI tools to improve requirements management and testing.
• Apply cloud technologies and data platforms to reporting solutions.
