The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting scalable Python and Java backends, with cloud-native solutions on AWS and collaboration with business, operations, and compliance stakeholders.

The position demands technical leadership, production support, and ownership in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience building backend systems using Python, Java, and TypeScript.
• 7+ years of experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Spring, React, or equivalent.
• Advanced Python expertise with working knowledge of Java and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Author architecture, design, and documentation while ensuring code quality.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Python and related technologies.
• Lead design discussions and provide architectural guidance across initiatives.
• Build REST APIs, microservices, and data integration solutions.
• Deploy and support cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD pipelines.
