Qualifications

• B.S. degree is required; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred.
• Ten or more years of EPA TSCA regulatory experience with knowledge of US EPA TSCA regulations.
• Ten or more years of consulting or government regulatory experience.
• Proven track record of business generation and attracting new and repeat clients or funding.
• Extensive background in regulatory compliance and risk assessment for product stewardship and sustainability.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare, edit, and proofread technical/regulatory documents.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with project management, budget tracking, and invoicing is a plus.
• Exposure to sensitive information requires tact, discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory strategy and oversight for complex client engagements.
