Job summary

Lumanity is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead project delivery for clinical and regulatory engagements in the United States, translating client objectives into actionable plans and driving on-time, high-quality outputs. You will coach junior staff, shape proposals, manage mid-level relationships, and oversee budgets while integrating science, strategy, and storytelling to strengthen outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• 4-7 years of life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech experience, with ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to final delivery, translating objectives into actionable workplans.
• Integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive outputs with clear narrative and evidence.
• Ensure quality control and client-ready deliverables prior to sign-off.
• Coach junior colleagues and drive internal improvements to raise rigor and pace.
• Oversee budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery and value for clients.
