We seek a Senior Consultant, Clinical Operations & Development to lead multi-stream engagements from design to delivery, coach junior staff, and support business growth through proposals and account expansion.

You will synthesize analyses into actionable recommendations, ensure high-quality client-ready outputs, and manage budgets to protect timelines and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 4-7 years relevant experience in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech/clinical research/regulatory environments.
• Experience leading projects and integrating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to final delivery and translate client objectives into actionable workplans.
• Synthesize findings across analyses to produce cohesive client-ready outputs.
• Ensure quality control and clear, accurate deliverables prior to final sign-off.
• Lead sub-teams on complex questions in clinical trial design, operations, and development strategy.
• Frame key decision points and strengthen recommendations with structured rationale.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and project economics.
