Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 4-7 years relevant experience in life sciences consulting and/or pharma/biotech/clinical research environments, with ability to lead project delivery.
• Experience leading projects, ensuring quality control, and integrating multiple streams of work into cohesive client-ready outputs.
• Strategic and critical thinking, able to adapt frameworks and coach others in problem solving.
• Strong client relationships, owning mid-level stakeholder relationships and managing delivery risk.
• Commercial acumen with oversight of budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery.
• Led proposals and contributed to account expansion through opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to final delivery, translating client objectives into actionable workplans.
• Integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive, decision-ready outputs.
• Ensure quality control across project outputs and client-ready sign-off.
• Synthesize complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for decision-making.
• Lead sub-teams, coach team members, and improve rigor and pace.
• Guide internal and client discussions by framing key decision points and trade-offs.
• Maintain mid-level client relationships, proactively manage timelines and expectations.
• Oversee budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery and value for clients.
• Lead proposal development and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Incorporate scientific/clinical/regulatory expertise into strategic recommendations.
