Job summary

Veeva is seeking an experienced consultant to lead MedTech Regulatory Information Management (RIM) implementations at its customers globally. This role requires 8+ years of experience in Systems Implementation and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

The candidate will guide customers in adopting Veeva RIM through various workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and communication among stakeholders. The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $200,000 along with benefits, including flexible PTO and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Systems Implementation, GxP Systems ownership, or Software Consulting.
• 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs in the Medical Device or Diagnostics industry.
• Direct experience with software implementation for Veeva RIM or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements, including FDA and EU standards.
• Proven track record of leading IT operations or implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIM implementation workstreams for customer adoption and system configuration.
• Review and analyze existing customer business processes to identify gaps.
• Function as a primary customer liaison, managing complex communication.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop long-term adoption roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Veeva RIM and industry best practices.
