Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to guide global regulatory information management implementations. You will lead customer deployments of Veeva's regulatory suite, manage projects end to end, and document solutions aligned with best practices.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with Product, Strategy and Sales, and travel up to 50% as needed. Work remotely in the United States with preference for certain time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience with regulatory information management systems.
• Experience leading high‑impact system implementations.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical RIM solutions.
• Willing to travel up to 50% per client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead life science customers in configuring and implementing Veeva Regulatory suite to streamline global processes.
• Manage full lifecycle of software implementations: planning, requirements, migration, validation, go‑live.
• Conduct workshops, design solutions, document content, and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Guide customers and internal teams in program and project management, including resource planning and cross‑functional leadership.
• Serve as primary liaison communicating risks and updates between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and consultants for continuous growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other teams.
