Bridgewater Associates, LLC seeks a Senior Compliance Officer to lead regulatory reporting and change management within our Legal & Regulatory Group. You will own filings from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong data governance.

The role combines hands-on filing work with advisory duties, requiring careful attention to detail and proactive collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex environment at our Westport, CT campus.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of legal and/or compliance experience focused on regulatory reporting.
• Ownership mindset and good judgment; able to work independently.
• Familiarity with regulations applicable to alternative investment managers and private funds.
• High intellectual horsepower, agility, logical reasoning, practicality and curiosity.
• Comfort operating proactively and independently while not fearing to ask for help.
• Data familiarity; able to work with spreadsheets/databases to identify patterns.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong project management and accountability; willingness to hold others to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new software/AI tools quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills.

• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting Bridgewater's regulatory filings and reports, driving each to completion with data validation.
• Building and running the processes, controls, and methodologies used to produce accurate filings.
• Scanning the regulatory horizon for forthcoming changes and implementing them in filings and interactions.
• Owning quality assurance so filings and interactions are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Advising stakeholders on regulatory obligations and the processes to meet them.
