Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of tax compliance with pass-throughs, partnerships, and corporations.
• Highest level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to explain complex tax matters to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax compliance and related reporting.
• Providing technical expertise, knowledge, and research to address complex tax issues.
• Preparing and reviewing tax accounting.
• Collaborating with third-party return preparers.
• Gathering financial information and building work papers for tax reporting.
• Maintaining the firm’s relationships with outside tax advisors.
• Designing and facilitating tax projects.
