Qualifications

• 7-10 years of legal and/or compliance experience with a focus on regulatory reporting for asset managers and private funds.
• Ownership mindset and good judgment; willingness to work tirelessly with intellect and judgment.
• Familiarity with regulations applicable to alternative investment managers and private funds.

Responsabilités

• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting Bridgewater's regulatory filings and reports, and personally driving each one through to completion.
• Building and running the processes, controls, and methodology used to produce accurate filings and manage regulatory interactions.
• Scanning the regulatory horizon for forthcoming changes and implementing them in how filings and interactions are actually executed.
• Owning quality assurance so that every filing and interaction is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Advising stakeholders on their regulatory obligations and the processes used to meet them.
