Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst in Bethesda, MD to own the preparation, review, and timely filing of regulatory reports for the Bank and its holding company. You will manage data sourcing, reconciliation, and control-mapped submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FFIEC, FR Y-9, and related filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) with coursework in accounting and finance.
• 5 years of bank regulatory reporting experience, including preparing the Call Report and FR Y-9C.
• Experience completing the various regulatory reports esp. FFIEC Call Report, Y9-LP and Y9-C and other regulatory filings.
• Familiar with using regulatory reporting software, particularly FedReporter SmartCall and SmartY9, or a comparable platform.
• Knowledge of FFIEC/FR reporting instructions, Regulation Q capital rules, and FDIC assessment rules.
• Proficient in MS Office Advanced knowledge in Excel and familiarity with generative AI tools for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owns the preparation, review, and timely filing of regulatory reports (FFIEC Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP) for the Bank and holding company.
• Manages the full reporting cycle: data sourcing, reconciliation, edit-check resolution, submission, and maintains procedures and controls.
• Supports the External Financial Reporting team on SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), regulatory exams, audits, and ad hoc analyses.
