Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of regulatory reporting experience in a U.S. bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and submit quarterly and periodic regulatory filings (FFIEC Call Reports, FR Y-14A, FR 2644, FR 2900, and related reports).
  • Perform detailed reconciliations between regulatory reports, GL balances, SEC filings, and internal finance systems.
  • Analyze changes in regulatory reporting requirements and assess impact across products, entities and activities.
  • Coordinate with Treasury, Risk, Capital Planning, Financial Control, Liquidity Reporting, and Business teams to gather data.
  • Support governance, variance analysis, attestations, and audit requests; maintain documentation.
