Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare and file required financial reporting to Bank regulators, including the Federal Reserve, FDIC, and state regulators. Reports cover capital, deposits, entities, and exposure for multiple entities, with deadlines monthly, quarterly, and annually.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of GAAP accounting and banking experience, plus strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate regulatory reports and filings (ie. Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-2900, FR Y-8).
• Read and interpret regulatory guidance, source data, and prepare schedules with supporting work papers.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Perform data aggregation to source data for reporting.
• Reconcile regulatory reports to GL and financial statements for accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of processes, reconciliations and controls.
• Support month/quarter/year-end close related to regulatory reporting.
• Research new regulatory developments and implement accordingly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support audit activities for regulatory examinations and internal/external audits.
