Job summary

You will advise clients on best practices, perform data analysis and mapping, support testing and go-live activities, and collaborate with senior SMEs to advance reporting operations and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, broker-dealer, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, balance sheet composition, and accounting concepts.
• Comfortable with large datasets, reading SQL, understanding data models, and collaborating with technical teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret regulatory instructions and translate them into practical reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. regulatory reporting areas (Regulatory Capital, U.S. Liquidity Reporting, Broker-Dealer Reporting and Calculations, Bank Holding Company and Call Reports, or CCAR/DFAST stress testing).
• Prior hands-on experience with the Axiom (Adenza / Nasdaq) Controller View regulatory reporting platform preferred.
• Experience at a top-tier bank, broker-dealer, consulting firm, or regulatory technology vendor preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance, controls frameworks, and reporting automation initiatives preferred.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, FRM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for regulatory submissions
• Translate complex regulatory rules into functional specifications and configuration approaches within the Axiom platform
• Advise clients on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and process improvements across regulatory reporting operations
• Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. regulatory frameworks and interpret guidance from the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Support user acceptance testing, production parallel runs, and go-live activities
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and collaboration with senior subject-matter experts
