Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to oversee the specialty pharmacy’s adherence to federal, state, and payer regulations.

You will lead audits, develop policies, and drive a culture of compliance and quality improvement across clinical, operations, and leadership teams. You will also support the Compliance Manager with daily management for Financial Assistance, Revenue and Compliance teams, ensuring readiness for inspections and accreditation surveys while

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combined work experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacy technician license/permit in home state.
• Willing to obtain Florida licensure.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Pharmacy Quality Management Program by tracking, trending, and presenting data.
• Oversee internal audits and mock surveys; ensure readiness for accreditation surveys (URAC, ACHC, etc).
• Develop and enforce compliance policies; conduct risk assessments and ensure policy updates.
• Support Financial Assistance, Revenue and Compliance teams; assist with leadership and daily management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update training and procedures accordingly.
