Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Regulatory Affairs function, guiding a team of compliance professionals and partnering with the Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure CMS, DHCS, DMHC, and Covered California requirements are met.

This hybrid role involves overseeing regulatory deliverables, coaching staff, aligning with policy guidance, and supporting audits, with travel within the continental US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.
• Experience engaging with regulatory agencies (CMS, DHCS, DMHC, Covered California) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Affairs Unit with accountability for regulatory deliverables and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day regulatory responsibilities across lines of business to ensure compliance with federal, state, and contract requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations.
