Job summary

Dell Technologies in Austin, Texas, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Engineer for Infrastructure Solutions Group Liquid Cooling to ensure global regulatory alignment for EMC, energy, acoustics, safety and environmental features across CDU, rack heat exchangers, cold plates and DLC manifolds.

You will provide guidance to design teams and suppliers, prepare schedules and statements of work to obtain regulatory approvals, and work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliant products

Qualifications

• 7+ years industry experience in ITE Liquid Cooling or HVAC Regulatory Compliance
• Industry experience in ITE Liquid Cooling or HVAC Regulatory Compliance with knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written directed at internal and external audiences of all levels
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with/lead small teams with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to design teams, Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Suppliers, 3rd Party Labs, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) partners in resolving issues that may arise during the review and evaluation of solutions by the various regulatory agencies
• Assure that all products and solutions are compliant with global regulatory emissions, safety, and environmental regulatory agency requirements, specifications, and policies
• Prepare schedules, statements of work, and functional plans necessary to obtain required regulatory approvals for your assigned platforms
