Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Customer & Regulatory Relations Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day customer-relations operations, audits, and regulatory responses across multiple business lines. You will coordinate with auditors, attorneys, and executives to maintain contract alignment and company policy.

Strong leadership and compliance expertise are essential for success. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and program enhancements to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in external audits (OCC, CFPB, PCI, SOC2).
• Strong relationship-building across leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Relations team with guidance and training.
• Manage complex customer account escalations and partnerships.
• Expand programs to support new products within contracts.
• Coordinate and respond to onsite audits/exams across lines of business.
• Oversee logistics for audits, scheduling, and room management.
• Lead exams, audits, and responses; review materials for compliance.
• Track deliverables and ensure timely remediation and improvements.
